South Cooperative Theater, comprised of over sixty of South Elementary School students in grades 3, 4 and 5, presents: Disney’s Mulan Jr.!
This story is about a young girl in China who doesn’t quite fit in. To save her father’s life, Mulan disguises herself as a man in order to fight in the Chinese Army. This courageous act proves to onlookers that not all things are “written in stone.” The memorable score features “Reflection”, and “I’ll Make a Man Out of You”, as well as new songs written just for the stage version.
Three performances will be held - Friday, March 11th at 7:00 pm, Saturday, March 12th at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 13th at 1:00p.m. at West Middle School Auditorium. Tickets will be sold at the door for $8.00 per person. Tickets are also available at Bella Beads and Learning Express. Refreshments will be available at intermission.
